Make your stay even more special with our optional Spa, featuring a natural swimming pond, sauna, hot tub and mini gym. Various breakfast packages are also available as an optional extra. The space 🏡 Living & Enjoying The villa features a charming open-plan kitchen and living area with a wood-burning stove and a cosy seating area – perfect for relaxing with a good book or playing a game. The spacious kitchen with island and bar is ideal for cooking together, enjoying breakfast or having a drink. 🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms The villa has several bedrooms, and all rooms can be flexibly arranged with single or double beds. There are two bathrooms: A very spacious bathroom with bathtub and duo shower A second bathroom with shower and toilet 🌿 Private Spa & Wellness Escape the hustle and bustle and completely unwind in your private wellness area: Natural swimming pond Finnish sauna Hot tub Mini gym: a fitness room with its own bathroom and a compact fitness area including a dumbbell set, fitness bench, kettlebells, skipping rope, ab roller, yoga mat and road bike on a Wahoo KICKR 🌳 Outdoor Living The garden and large terrace offer beautiful views over the natural swimming pond and the green Dommel Valley. Other things to note -Self check-in is available 24/7. Normally, we personally welcome you and are happy to give you a short tour of the B&B and its facilities. Privacy is our priority. You can enjoy your stay in peace and quiet. -The B&B is located in a quiet residential area. We therefore ask our guests to be considerate of the surroundings and neighbours. Noise or any other form of disturbance is not permitted. -Groups and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.
