Private Guest House in Wine Country

This is a private equestrian themed luxury apartment home on a private gated horse property in the heart of Temecula Wine Country. Because we are in the middle of wine country, over 144 wineries are just a short walk, drive, ride, or bike away. The home is 850 sq. ft. and has high ceilings, romantic lighting, a custom kitchen, and a master bedroom with a California king bed. You can also use the main home's pool and outdoor areas. 1-2 adults over 21 only please. The space Romantic quiet place in the center of Wine/Equestrian Country! Perfect for a special occasion. Host lives on property. Unique opportunity to bring your horse. Limited horse boarding available 1-2 horse limit each $50 night during your stay. This is country living at its best yet it is close to Old Town, night life and music, dancing, antique stores, wineries, shopping, restaurants, spas, theatre and horse events. The beach in Oceanside is only 55 minutes away! There are over 25 wineries within a 2.5 mile radius including Wilson Creek, Monte De Oro, Lorenzi, Danza Del Sol, Cougar, Ponte, South Coast and more. Beautiful sunrise/sunsets and sky views. Come enjoy a vacation off the beaten path where there is fresh air and wild flowers (in Spring) and stay in the country yet be close to everything! You will feel a world apart here. Stunning sunrises and sunsets. Spectacular sky views. You can hear bull frogs, coyotes, various birds and other wildlife. This is a place to recharge your batteries and to enjoy the one your width and truly get away from it all. **If you are sick please do not come! The flu and coronavirus is a very serious problem. I must be notified in advance to cancel as I do have a strict cancellation policy in order that I can book the room if a guest cancels. Guest access To the Guest House: You will have your own private entrance to the apartment; the apartment is not attached to main house. It is behind the 3 car garage. Pool and backyard access: The pool will be available from noon-6pm & pre-arranged in advance due to her dogs in backyard. Pool hours are flexible. Host asks that you please keep backyard gate closed at all time. Other property areas: Please do not feed the horses, dogs, and native wildlife on the property. Additionally, please do not enter the horse pens. Other things to note: I ask that guests keep noise down after 10pm and do not hold parties. No smoking on property will be tolerated. This is a peaceful, healthy environment where you can come to recharge your batteries. **for those guests with limited mobility, the apartment has easy access. See photos. Other things to note Check in and Check out: Regular check in is at 3:00pm and Check out is at 10:00am. Early check in is available starting at noon. Late check out is available from 10:am-1:00pm is available. Both extended stays require an additional fee of $50. These fees are added to reservation as additional services. Your reservation can be extended at any time if dates and times are available. Guests: Listing is for 1-2 adults over 21 only. No children are allowed. **This property is great for a wedding group or guests that want to stay together on the same property. Entertainment: Netflix, wifi and internet are free. Horses and Horse Boarding: 1-2 well behaved horses are allowed. Please no stallions or horses under 4. Boarding fee is $50 a day. Day boarding/sitting fee is $50 day if needed. Guests must provide their own feed, water and clean stalls when they leave.These fees are paid thru Airbnb as additional fees at time of reservation. Host will send request for additional fees for additional services. Host is a retired professional horsewoman. There is a $250 deposit required per horse. Host’s liability release must be signed and horses must be healthy before arriving on property. Trails are directly in front of property. Some of the wineries have hitching rails. A limited number of trail guides are available and can be booked separately. Host is not responsible for accidents or injury resulting during their stay whether on or off the property. Host asks that you please clean up after your horses. Dogs and Dog Boarding: Host offers overnight dog (no cats are allowed)boarding in her house on the property for $50 and day/dog sitting for $50 day. These extra services are paid thru Airbnb at time of reservation as additional fees. Host will send request for additional fees for additional services. Airbnb Experience: Host offers a A Mini Horse and Fjord Horse Therapy Encounter that can be booked directly through Airbnb. Special times can be arranged if booked in advance thru host.
