The house consists of: 2 double bed rooms, each of them equipped with a bathroom (possibility to add a cot / child bed provided upon request) 2 rooms with 2 singles bed (can be move closer) each of them equipped with a bathroom 1 fully equipped living room 1 kitchen and dining room 1 private swimming pool, kept at the right temperature all summer 1 laundry and storage area (washing machine, drying, Ski, etc.) 1 shaded terrace with barbecue 1 parking (4 vehicles max) House renovation respected the most stringent insulation rules, making the house as comfortable in winter than in summer. It’s heated by a wood-pellet boiler coupled with solar panels.
