A newly refurbished bungalow with 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, and a bathroom, sleeping up to 6 guests. Close to bus stops, pubs, restaurants, parks, shops, and a petrol station, with a direct bus to the city centre. The bungalow is entirely private for your use. A self-contained annexe with its own separate entrance beside the garage may occasionally be occupied, but it operates independently and disturbance is usually minimal. This space offers the balance of comfort and location for your trip. Laundry Facilities Guests have access to a washing machine Check-in Convenient self-check-in is available via a key safe. Access instructions and the code will be provided before arrival. Parking Ample on-site parking is available, with space for 4-5 vehicles. If the annexe is booked separately, one designated parking space will be reserved for those guests, leaving plenty of room for others. There are a lot of off street parking spaces too. Privacy The listed main house is attached to an annexe, but is entirely self-contained. The annexe has a dedicated private entrance located next to the garage, allowing guests to enjoy complete independence and privacy. Noise We occasionally host guests in the adjoining annexe under a separate listing. While you might hear some light noise if their garden door is open, the property is located in a quiet residential area, offering a calm and relaxing environment.
