Barn Cottage, is a beautiful, three bedroom holiday home sleeping up to six. The tastefully decorated cottage located in the Cotswold village of Painswick has recently been fully refurbished to create a stunning home-away-from-home for couples, friends and families. The pet friendly Barn Cottage has three good sized double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a private outside area, a cosy living room with wood burning stove and a well-equipped kitchen. The space The Ground Floor Kitchen = the kitchen has been finished to a very high standard with a wide array of appliances integrated into the design. Fitted within the kitchen are two fridges, two freezers, a dishwasher and a gas oven with hob. Located off to one side of the kitchen is the handy utility room, this features a butler's sink, a washer/dryer and the microwave. Living/Dining Room = Overlooking the courtyard is the good sized living and dining room. The highlight for this room is the stunning wood burning stove set within a large stone fireplace, a wonderful feature for the chilly winter months. Also, in the living room are two sofas, a wall-mounted TV and a dining table, which comfortably seats up to six. Please note the living room is access via a few small steps. Downstairs Double Bedroom with En-suite = The downstairs double bedroom has an iron framed bed and enjoys views of the courtyard. The bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room. The First Floor Principal Bedroom with En-suite = The main bedroom at Barn Cottage is located on the first floor and has a king-size bed as well as a beautiful window seat with wall-mounted TV. A feature of the Principal Bedroom is the roll-top bath situated at the foot of the bed. The en-suite bathroom attached to the Principal Bedroom has a walk-in shower. Upstairs Double Bedroom with En-suite = The final bedroom is another good sized double with a king size bed that has been tastefully decorated to create a relaxed space. The en-suite bathroom attached to the final bedroom has been fitted with a shower. Outside = Barn Cottage has a fully enclosed, private, gated courtyard with an area for alfresco dinners and private off road car parking. Guest access Guests are welcome to arrive at Barn Cottage from 4pm. Once guests have arrived they will have full access to the cottage and its outdoor courtyard. Please note Barn Cottage is located within a large estate, guests will only have access to Barn Cottage and its private outdoor area. To access the cottage there is a shared gated driveway, which then leads to a private gated courtyard where guests staying at Barn Cottage can park and enjoy privately.
