Other things to note NOTICE: OUR HOMES ARE BEACH HOMES IN BEAUTIFUL PUERTO RICO, WHERE WE HAVE YEAR-ROUND TROPICAL WEATHER. ALL BEACHES HAVE SOME HARMLESS INSECTS INCLUDING MOSQUITOS, SMALL ANTS, BUTTERFLIES OR MOTHS, SPECIALLY AT NIGHT AND/OR DURING HEAVY RAINS. WHILE WE HAVE PETS CONTROL SERVICES EVERY MONTH, NATURE SHOULD BE EXPECTED. IF WINDOWS OR DOORS ARE LEFT OPEN AT NIGHT, INSECTS MAY GET IN, ATTRACTED BY THE LIGHTS. WHAT WE PROVIDE: BUG SPRAY AND/OR REPELLENT CITRONELA CANDLES IF YOU NEED MORE, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS THIS IS A BEACH HOME THAT IS EXPOSED TO THE ELEMENTS, CONSTANT MAINTENANCE IS NEEDED. DURING YOUR STAY YOU MAY SEE OUR STAFF WORKING ON OUTSIDE PROPERTY AREAS SUCH AS PATIO, STORAGE AREA, AND/OR POOL. THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN ACCESS TO ENSURE THE OUTSIDE AREAS ARE PRESENTABLE FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT. ALSO, THE LAUNDRY AREA IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT., THERE IS A CHARGE OF $100 IF YOU WANT TO USE IT, WHICH INCLUDES THE SOAP, JUST LET IZA NOW AT YOUR ARRIVAL SO SHE CAN OPEN IT FOR YOU. IZA WILL BE YOUR HOST DURING THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY. PLEASE EXPECT A MESSAGE FROM HER BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TO COORDINATE CHECK IN. FOR CHECK OUT, SHE WILL ALSO BE AT THE HOUSE BEFORE THE CLEANING CREW TO START PREPARATIONS FOR THE NEXT GUESTS.
