When the lock button inside is pressed and the door is closed, it will automatically lock. Please be careful not to leave the key inside. Additionally, as mandated by local authorities, we are required to ask for the presentation of your passport and take a copy of it for our records. Access Map Policy Please note that the access map will only be provided to guests who have submitted the required guest information. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Other things to note 🐾 Staying with Pets Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring pets. (Extra charge: ¥2,000 per pet per night, tax included. Max 2 pets.) Pets must use the toilet outside. Please dispose of waste in the designated outdoor bin. Please use a pet diaper (belly band) indoors. Bring your own pet cage, bed, and food bowls. Please keep pets in a cage during the night. Do not leave pets unattended indoors. If unavoidable, place them in a cage. Guests will be responsible for any damage or serious stains caused by pets. We reserve the right to refuse bookings from those who cannot follow these rules. 🚫 Rules & Prohibited Acts No karaoke, PA systems, or other sound equipment. Loud noise, firecrackers, or any disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. No shoes inside. Please take them off at the entrance. Do not wear slippers on the wood deck or outside. Campfires are not allowed due to fire regulations. Please avoid behavior that may disturb others (e.g., shirtless, loud shouting while drinking). This is a residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00 PM. Guests who cannot follow these rules may be denied a booking. ⚠️ Other Important Notes Any behavior against public morals will be reported to the police. If you lie about the number of guests, you will be charged for the extra persons and fined ¥10,000. Late checkout without prior notice (after 10:00 AM) will incur charges: ¥1,500 every 30 minutes (cleaning staff waiting fee). 💰 Additional Charges 1. Forgotten Items Returned via cash-on-delivery (COD). Handling fees may apply. 2. Disposal of Large Items (e.g., suitcases, strollers) ¥11,000 per item (tax included) Additional handling fee: ¥1,100 3. Same-day Cleaning Cancellation by Guest If a same-day extension or cancellation of scheduled cleaning occurs, you will be charged one full cleaning fee. Any reservation changes must be made at least 24 hours before checkout. Stains from blood or vomit will be charged at cost. 4.
