Please clean it after use. • The BBQ is gas-powered. Please bring a Coleman OD gas cartridge. • No BBQ after 20:00 due to neighborhood quiet hours. • No use of the garage between 20:00 and 7:00. • Smoking is not allowed indoors or on the balcony. Please use the ashtray in the garden. • An additional cleaning fee (3,300 yen / 30 min) may apply if the grill is not cleaned. ＜Living Room＞ • Modern Japanese-style space with sunroom • 100-inch projector (use your own streaming accounts) • 3-seater sofa bed (Can be used for sleeping. Please bring your own items. • Allowed areas: entrance, hallway, living room, and the kotatsu room • Dogs are not allowed on sofas, beds, futons, or in any 2F bedrooms • Please clean up immediately if your dog has an accident • Use diapers if marking is a concern • If your dog sheds easily, please have them wear clothing • Do not let dogs enter the kotatsu (burn risk) • Dogs must not be left alone in the house • Do not wash dogs in the bathroom (may cause clogging or damage) • Additional charges may apply for damage or soiling caused by dogs ＜Items to Prepare Before Your Stay＞ • Groceries (Lion D’or Nikko is convenient) • Toothbrushes – not provided to reduce plastic waste, so please bring your own • Coleman gas cartridges if you plan to use the BBQ grill (available at Komeri Hard & Green Nikko Shichiri, Cainz Imaichi, etc.) • Insect repellent – recommended from spring to autumn due to the natural surroundings • Dog supplies such as a dog bed, toilet pads, and any items your dog normally uses ※ No dog supplies are provided at the property Guest access Guests may access all areas within the property. However, the back side of the garden contains old wood and tree stumps, which can be hazardous. For your safety, please avoid entering this area. Other things to note ＜Important Notes＞ Our villa is located in a very quiet residential area. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please read and agree to the house rules before booking. If you cannot agree to the rules, we may decline your reservation. • Normal indoor noise is not an issue as long as the windows are closed. • However, loud voices or noise in the garden or outdoors easily echo in this quiet area, so please refrain from doing so. • The garage BBQ space is not available between 20:00 and 7:00. • This home is ideal for guests who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. ＜Winter Information＞ Roads may become icy during the winter season, so we recommend using winter tires. If snow accumulates around the house, a shovel is available in the garage for your use. ＜Wildlife＞ Monkeys and other wildlife may occasionally appear in the area. They rarely cause harm, but please be cautious when driving. Please also avoid leaving food outside, as it may attract animals. Thank you for understanding that this is part of staying in a natural environment. ＜Insects＞ Because the property is surrounded by nature, insects may enter the house depending on the season. We clean thoroughly, but it is impossible to prevent them completely. Insect spray and repellents are provided for your convenience. ＜Fire Safety＞ • Please handle stoves, BBQ grills, and any open flames with care. • If you are traveling with children, ensure they are supervised at all times. ＜Kitchenware＞ All cookware, utensils, and dishes in the villa are available for your use. After using them, please wash, dry, and leave them together on the counter. (You do not need to return them to the cupboards.) ＜Breaker Information＞ Using multiple appliances at the same time—such as the microwave, kettle, hair dryer, or air conditioners—may cause the breaker to trip. This is more likely when staying with a large group. If the breaker trips, please switch it back ON at the electrical panel located above the dryer in the back of the kitchen.
