The pool is closed from early October to end April and is not accessible during this period. The villa has an interior surface of about 150 m². There are two enclosed bedrooms, and the sleeping area with two single beds is located upstairs at the top of the stairs (not enclosed by a door). There is no step-free access, as a few steps must be descended to enter the villa.
