My place is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the high ceilings, the views, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The space This is a cozy chalet in the woods located in northern Michigan. The Midwest's golf Mecca is in Gaylord Michigan. Great amenities abound in this four season retreat. with Otsego lake (all sports) two miles down the road to over 20 pristine golf courses in and around the Gaylord area. There is always something to do, no matter what time of year it is. Casinos, Mackinac city/bridge, Traverse city and Alpena, are all within one hour driving distance. There is also four wheeling, snowmobile and cross country ski trails right outside the door. Lets not forget that this is one of the most beautiful places to view Northern Michigan's fall colors. When you day is done you can go grab a drink and a great meal at the clubhouse three blocks away. See ya soon !! Guest access The house has three levels, On the main floor, there is one large bedroom with locking door, one full bath with locking door and with laundry. The kitchen has stainless appliances and table with seating for four. Family room has a gas fireplace 65" TV with Wi-Fi. You have access to deck from the door wall. The second level is the loft with one full and a futon. You can see the main floor from the loft there is no door in the loft. The bedroom and loft can sleep four people very comfortable no problem. The first and second level are yours to enjoy! There is a third level, a full finished basement with a separate entrance. There is a door that separates the upstairs from the downstairs. You can close it for privacy or have it open for interaction .Its a full functioning living quarters with kitchen/bar, full bathroom, living room, bed room and a under deck patio. if/when I'm home I stay down there. I travel from Gaylord to metro Detroit regularly. Other things to note N O T E ** N O T E ** N O T E IF YOU PLAN ON BRINGING, SNEAKING IN MORE GUESTS THAN YOU SCHEDULED/BOOKED FOR, YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY !!!! AGAIN, IF YOU BRING IN MORE GUESTS THAN YOU BOOKED FOR YOU WILL BE CHARGED !!!! Just a few regular rules, There are no pets, no smoking of any kind on the inside, you can smoke on the deck , no parties, no other people over other than scheduled guests.
