Rent a paradise with its own jetty and bathing platform. Modern 2-story cabin, 128 sqm. 9 regular beds + 1 extra bed. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms. Sliding door on both floors to large terraces with garden furniture. Barbecue. Long border to the sea. Great views of the fjord and archipelago both from the cabin and on the terraces. 2 sit-on-top kayaks for free use in June-August. Boat w/outboard motor may be rented. The space Enjoy Southern Norway at its best. Great views in many directions. Swimming from your own bathing platform or jetty. Spacious plot with terraces and nature plot. The cabin is higher than the sea with stairs/path down to the dock. Short distance to the store, bus or the free area Skylleviga (very nice and shallow for small children). Nice hiking areas (such as Daumannsholmen and Bestemorsmed). Short distance to bus (M1) at the Kiwi store to Kristiansand center, Dyreparken and Sørlandssenteret. Guest access Guests have the entire cabin (except for the storage room in the basement). In addition, the cabin has its own jetty with good depth. Good parking for several cars about 80 meters from the cabin. There are duvets and pillows for 9 adults in the cabin and 1 children's duvet in the sprinkle bed. 2 rooms have double beds. 1 room has a family bunk bed (150x200 cm in the lower bunk and 75x200 cm in the upper bunk). 1 room has a bunk bed. The tenant will bring bed linen and towels. Possible to rent bed linen and towels for NOK 200 per person per stay (please let us know in advance) Other things to note From September to May, electricity is paid according to consumption (included in June, July and August). The cabin is rented for periods of at least 5 nights with optional arrival day outside the schools' summer holidays. During the period 6/20-8/9, the minimum rental period is 7 nights.
