Guests may also order in from nearby restaurants via Swiggy, Zomato, or Blinkit. Please message us at least 2 days in advance to check if it's possible. 🏠Monthly Stays We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 27 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these. Security Deposit We collect a security deposit amount of Rs.10,000 (short stay) and Rs.20,000 (long stay) in cash at the time of check-in. Any damages to the property or missing items would have to be deducted from the security deposit amount.
