Cottage is suitable for 4 people including an infant (0-3 years ). It has 2 bedrooms, two fully equipped bathrooms with tub & shower, an open plan living/kitchen area, fireplace, TV, sauna, a utility room with washing machine and dryer as well as a small boat. The space The open, bright living, dining and kitchen area can become the center of your vacation time together. The large glass surfaces convey the atmosphere of the four seasons unadulterated into your four walls. In addition to the high-quality furnishings (underfloor heating, fitted kitchen with modern appliances, sauna ... ), harmoniously coordinated interior design awaits you. The lake is just 100m from the cottage. This is only for the residents at Mühlfeldsee. With your modern holiday home right on Lake Mühlfeld, you can enjoy your well-deserved days off on 90m² of living space. The spacious sun terrace and the 430m² plot invite you to relax, barbecue evenings and social gatherings. The property (garden area) is completely fenced. Your fully equipped vacation home leaves nothing to be desired. Guest access Unless otherwise stated or agreed, the rented house is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. There is no separate key for the house. Upon arrival you will receive a code where you can enter the rented holiday property. If the arrival is delayed, this is not a problem. Other things to note The Mühlfeldsee is part of the Leipzig New Zealand and is located directly next to the 2000-soul community Löbnitz in a charming environment with lots of nature. To the west are Lake Seelhausen and other lakes. These were created by the former lignite mine and belong to the Mitteldeutsche Seenplatte. In the north, the dumplands and the 75,000 hectare Dübener Heide Nature Park are connected. By car or bicycle, there are various and varied excursion possibilities and cultural offers. So you can explore the nearby nature reserves in Leipzig's Neuseenland and in the Dübener Heide as well as the inspiring city of Leipzig. 25 km away, Leipzig offers you, your children and your friends a wide range of shopping, recreational, cultural and sports offers – in any weather. From Auerbach's cellar to the leisure and adventure park Belantis, the Grassi Museum, the Mädlerpassage, the Leipzig Nikolaikirche, the Völkerschlachtdenkmal, the Erlebnisbad Woliday, the world-famous Leipzig Zoo as well as first-class sporting events (e.g. 1st League: football, handball) and the Leipzig Trade Fair, the growing art and cultural scene as well as an almost endless culinary selection and variety of pubs, Leipzig offers you a welcome contrast programme and a lot of variety. The same applies of course if you are a trade fair visitor or are looking for a cozy and inspiring accommodation for your conference/retreat, your meeting, your shareholders' meeting or your project work. The house is open to all age groups and people with different life concepts. You are always welcome – whether you are planning a short holiday or a longer break and whether you are planning your summer holiday or your winter holiday, whether you prefer the first warm days of spring or the colorful autumn – the Mühlfeldsee is attractive in every season. Important information Soap and towels Bed linen and/or towels are not standard in the holiday home. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from us on site. Towels cost €7.50 per person, bed linen costs €10.50 per person. Bed linen refers to sheets or fitted sheets, blanket and pillowcases. Duvets and pillows are always ready. If you bring your own bed linen, you will need a bed sheet in the following size. (double bed 140 cm x 200 cm / single bed 90 cm x 200 cm) Sauna The use of the sauna is charged at €0.65/ per KWh. Additional charges (electricity & water) The additional costs for electricity are €0.47 for the KWh. The additional costs for water are €10.00 for the m3. Security deposit The renter undertakes to pay a rental deposit of €150.00 in cash upon arrival, of course against receipt. If the house is left without damage and the tenant has complied with all obligations, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental period. Any extra costs incurred, such as damage caused by you or necessary cleaning costs, will be charged with the deposit. Before your departure, the owner will check the furnishings of the holiday home. Arrival and departure times Unless otherwise stated or agreed, the rented house is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and it must be left by 10 a.m. on the departure day. There is no separate key for the house. Upon arrival you will receive a code where you can enter the rented holiday property. If the arrival is delayed, this is not a problem. Phone / Internet A free Wi-Fi connection is offered in the house. Final cleaning The cost for the final cleaning is €90.00. Please leave the cottage tidy. In order to guarantee the quality of our houses, the final cleaning and the associated costs are part of the rental. The prices for this final cleaning are listed accordingly. Setup In each house there is: heating and fireplace, (open) kitchen with fridge with freezer, cooking facilities, coffee machine and other important kitchen appliances; toilet as well as bathroom and/or shower facilities. Pets If you would like to bring pets, you must request this extra. Per pet we charge a fee of 10,00€ per day. Bicycle Feel free to rent a bike. Mountain bike 28 "for ladies & gentlemen. The rental price is 10,00€ per day. Bicycle child seat for the safe transport of children between 9 months and 4/5 years (up to 22 kg). The rental price is €3.50 per day. SUB BOARD Feel free to borrow a SUB board. SUB Board. The rental price is 10,00€ per day. The main tenant must be at least 18 years old. The homeowner has the right to refuse a reservation if he thinks the tenants are too young.
