Cozy duplex apartment in the heart of Bamberg

The apartment is located in the heart of Bamberg directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone. Nearby are cafes, bars, shopping but also culture and sightseeing. In the house is a well-attended cult bar. Modern living standard meets old building charm with half-timbered construction. On two floors there is an open living, dining, sleeping area and maisonette an additional bedroom. From TV to kettle, everything is available. Arrive and feel good is the motto here. The space In the basement of our house, there is a long-established cult pub, the Fässlastubn. It is well attended by students, locals and tourists alike. You should therefore not be a light sleeper or simply join in the party. Guest access There is a public parking garage right on our street. The Georgendamm underground garage costs about €14 per day. You can park for free at Park and Raid Heinrichsdamm. About 15 minutes' walk or by bus to the central bus station. You can drive to the house to load and unload. Other things to note I ask for your understanding that on weekends, Friday to Sunday, I only accept groups of 4 or more people.
