The space The apartment consists of three main rooms: a living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the kitchen, you will find: - induction cooktop - electric oven - refrigerator with freezer compartment - dishes and tableware - pots and pans - a set of oil, salt, pepper, and vinegar - tea and coffee, along with a coffee maker and kettle Upon arrival, you will find clean, soft towels and extra blankets in the bedroom, just in case you need them. Finally, the bathroom includes a dispenser with soap, body wash and shampoo, as well as a hairdryer and a first aid kit. Guest access The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-floor building with just two flats. The entire first-floor flat is for your exclusive use. However, as the property is strictly for residential purposes, parties, events or gatherings are not permitted without prior approval from the host. In the area around the apartment, both just a few steps away and a bit further (between 50 and 600 metres), there are several free parking options with no time limits. Other spaces are time-restricted (usually with a two-hour limit) or require payment, but parking is generally free from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. To ensure a smooth arrival, you will receive the code to open the key lockbox a short time before your check-in.
