Self Check-In Guest access The building has two large elevators and one small elevator for guest convenience Basketball Court (available from 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM) Basketball, badminton set, cards, and chess are provided (Badminton set located under the kitchen sink) Swimming Pool (POOL UNAVAILABLE till FURTHER NOTICE-CURRENTLY UNDER MAINTENANCE ) _Please Take Note_ * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. Violation will result in a ₱2,000 penalty. * Extra guests: ₱500 per person per night. Please inform us in advance. * Cleaning Fee: ₱300 * For faster check-in, please email a photocopy of a valid ID along with guest information. * Any missing or damage items in the unit will be charged. Other things to note There is currently minor construction work on the ground floor of the building as part of ongoing improvements. Our unit is located on the 5th floor, so the disturbance is generally minimal, but guests may occasionally notice some construction activity during daytime hours. Please rest assured that the unit itself is fully completed, comfortable, and ready for guests. The building elevators and main access remain operational. We appreciate your understanding as the property continues to improve its facilities to provide a better environment for residents and visitors.
