There’s also a microwave ⚡️ for quick warming up of food. 📷CCTV cameras To ensure your safety and peace of mind, our property is equipped with discreet CCTV cameras that cover all exterior entry points ONLY outside the House. including the front pathway and side doors. These cameras operate around the clock to create a secure environment for everyone while respecting your privacy. We want you to feel at ease, knowing that your well-being is our top priority! 🏊‍♂️🏀 Enjoy your stay! 😊 Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire house 🏠 throughout their stay. This includes all living spaces such as the bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and a fully equipped kitchen 🍳🍽️ with complete appliances and cooking essentials for your convenience. For smokers 🚬, there is a designated mini garden area beside the garage 🌿🪑 where guests may sit, relax, chill, and smoke comfortably. A ready ashtray is provided 🫙 to ensure cleanliness and proper disposal. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries 🧴🧼, including free shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper, and also a free Galloon of water with 3 1L bottles of cold fresh water from the Fridge (ready to drink) for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The property is located within a secure and well-maintained subdivision 🏘️, and guests may also enjoy access to the following shared amenities: 🏊‍♀️ Swimming Pool 🏋️‍♂️ Gym / Fitness Center 🏀 Basketball Court 🛝 Playgrounds around the subdivision 🏛️ Clubhouse P.S The Cabinet/storage which has locked located in the 3rd Room cannot be use however guess can use the upper Storage. otherwise You can share storage/cabinet to Room 1 and 2 coz it has a huge space.😊🏡 Other things to note This home 🏡 was crafted with love ❤️ that's why I will ask you to treat it as your own. and Keep it clean ✨ Should you wish to have additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. This document indicates the number of guests staying in the house and must include the signature of the booking guest ✍️. This is compulsory as required by the subdivision management 🏘️✅. Our caretaker 👩‍🔧 will collect the signed document during your stay 📥 for submission to the subdivision office.
