You and your guests will be centrally located in the heart of town with just a 5 minute walk from the Airbnb to Rigters Supermarket and Asian grocer and a 10 minute walk to the centre of town , the town beachfront and Maitland park. The space A cosy, yet spacious 3 bedroom entire house, with outdoor patio that can be enclosed by blinds for privacy. The house has been meticulously setup to include everything you will need for an easy stay. Centrally located only a 2 minute drive from the city centre and local beaches, cafes and restaurants. The bedrooms boast 1 x king bed and 2x queens with comfortable mattress’ and cosy linen for a good nights rest. Set upon a large block in the centre of town only a few minutes drive from cafes, shops, and anything else you might need. There is a large long driveway (although narrow) perfect for caravan and boats as long as not higher than the guttering of the house. With a gated driveway for your comfort and safety, a large grassed area for you to relax and the kids to play. This house does not allow pets, I’m sorry. Guest access The entire property can be used, however the shed is locked and cannot be accessed by guests. Other things to note Pets are not permitted at this property. We apologise in advance.
