The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a medieval building, accessible by 25 steps (the last one is about 30 cm) typical of the Ligurian villages (there is no elevator). With a surface area of 90 square metres, "Civico 22" offers welcoming and well-distributed spaces: a bright living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and an induction hob (4 burners), a bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, a second room with a bunk bed, and a modern private bathroom with a shower. The view opens directly to the evocative alleys of the village, offering a unique and evocative atmosphere. A small special corner awaits you in the living room: a collection niche, perfect for sipping a glass of wine or reading in tranquility, with the look that gets lost between the stone streets and the silence it tells. It can host up to 4 people. Perfect for a couple, family, small group of friends, and curious travelers looking for style, relaxation, and authenticity. The accommodation is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, 40-inch Smart TV, air conditioning, heating and a series of essential appliances in daily life such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave... Easily accessible by car, although it's not suitable for large vans and vehicles. No fear, free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance, while the bus stop for Ventimiglia is only 150 meters away. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guest access All the space you want, all for you! You will have the entire 90 m² apartment at your complete disposal. It is comfortable, spacious, and for your exclusive use, with no spaces shared with other guests. What you should know before booking: The building does not have an elevator, and the apartment can be reached by stairs. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. Dolceacqua has been able to enhance its historical and cultural heritage, offering visitors a unique and unforgettable experience as demonstrated by the numerous awards obtained such as the "orange flag" of the Italian Touring Club. Among the distinctive elements of the village we find: - Castello dei Doria, an imposing medieval fortress overlooking the village and the valley (see photo) - Ponte Vecchio, a characteristic arch bridge that crosses the Nervia River, made famous by the painter Claude Monet; - Rossese di Dolceacqua wine, renowned local wine production, appreciated for its unique taste and quality, and the "michetta", an exquisite traditional dessert; - Medieval village, intertwining alleys and narrow streets with a unique atmosphere. You will also find numerous activities to do with family or friends, such as having fun playing padel or tennis at the Dolceacqua Tennis Club, in the immediate vicinity.
