With an area of 90 sq.m, "Civico 22" offers cozy and well-distributed rooms: a bright living room with a sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with every comfort and an induction hob (4 burners), a bedroom with a 180x200 double bed, a second room with a bunk bed, and a modern private bathroom with a shower. The view opens directly to the evocative alleys of the village, offering a unique and evocative atmosphere. A small special corner awaits you in the living room: a collection niche, perfect for sipping a glass of wine or reading in tranquility, with the look that gets lost between the stone streets and the silence it tells. It can host up to 4 people. Perfect for a couple, family, small group of friends, and curious travelers looking for style, relaxation, and authenticity. The accommodation is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, 40-inch Smart TV, air conditioning, heating and a series of essential appliances in daily life such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave... Easily accessible by car, although it's not suitable for large vans and vehicles. No fear, free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Nearby you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance, while the bus stop for Ventimiglia is only 150 meters away. Please note that pets are not allowed. What to know before booking: the building has no elevator and the apartment can be reached via stairs. For this reason, the property may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties.
