Guest room with rooftop terrace

I am offering a guest room of about 18 sqm. There is a comfortable sofa bed with a lying area of 140 x 190 cm and a high table where you can also work. The apartment is within walking distance of the train station and newly renovated. The apartment has a unique roof terrace with about 50 square meters. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. A small dog has recently been added. He is still young and very playful. The dog only stays in the apartment and not in the guest room. The space The apartment is super centrally located and newly developed. Guest access My guests can use the kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room and of course the terrace. Unfortunately, there is no separate guest bathroom. Other things to note The guest room has two minor shortcomings. It is located directly on the street and is therefore not very quiet. But... if necessary, I can help out with a few earplugs... :-) Furthermore, there are old windows that let in the early morning sun in the summer months and heat up the room quickly. However, thermal curtains are available! The guest room is opposite the actual apartment: that is, you cross a hallway that is also used by another apartment to use the bathroom and the kitchen. But that hasn't bothered anyone for a long time.
