Recently renovated, the studio has an entry from the ground floor courtyard in the back of the building. In the entry is a sofa / single bed for one. There is a curtain for privacy. The main room has a queen, a niche for hanging clothes and two buffet style tables for eating. Off this room is a kitchen with refrigerator, sink, cabinets with dishes, pots and pans etc. two burner stove, microwave and a laundry machine. From the kitchen is a bath with toilet/bidet, sink and shower. The space The charming studio in Rome, nestled right behind the Colosseum, in the heart of one of the most prestigious areas of town. This ground floor apartment looks out a charming inner courtyard. The main room offers a lovely atmosphere, with colorful walls and a large double bed stealing the show. A breakfast bar separates the fully equipped open plan kitchen. The bathroom offers a stall shower. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is a washing machine with a drying wrack provided outside in the courtyard. The apartment is fitted with all modern comforts, LCD satellite TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and heat. Additionally, there is a ceiling fan over the bed. €20.00 cleaning fee not included in daily rate. Check in after 8pm additional 35 euros. Guest access Entire studio apartment. Other things to note This is the only rental property we have. Please treat it with respect and leave the space tidy and neat before checking out. Late check in is available up to 23:00 / 11:00 pm. There is a late check in fee after 20:00 / 8:00 pm of E35.00. IF POSSIBLE and when no guests are checking out in the morning, early check in may be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire. As this is a privately owned studio in a residential apartment building, there is no luggage storage available.
