There are stairs inside the facility. 2. **Operational Regulations** - This facility operates in accordance with the Residential Accommodation Business Act. If you cannot provide this information, your accommodation may be denied. 3. **About Car Use** - Vehicle traffic and parking around the facility are prohibited. If you come by car, please use a nearby coin parking facility. Temporary parking is also strictly prohibited. 4. **Noise Regulations** - Since the facility is located in a residential area, please refrain from noisy activities such as parties or gatherings. To be considerate to the neighboring residents, please keep noise levels down after 8 PM. - If you cause noise disturbances especially during nighttime to early morning, you will be charged a fine of 30,000 yen plus tax. 5. **Smoking Policy** - Smoking indoors is prohibited. 6. **Indoor Manners** - Please remove your shoes indoors. - Smoking and littering cigarette butts on the premises or balcony will incur a fine of 30,000 yen plus tax. - If there is any damage or soiling of indoor appliances or furniture, you will be charged for the repair costs or the cost of purchasing replacements. 7. **Cleaning Services** - There is no cleaning service during your stay. If you wish for additional cleaning during long-term stays, please consult in advance (additional fees apply). 8. **Waste Disposal** - Illegal dumping of garbage in the neighborhood will incur a fine of 30,000 yen plus tax. - If large waste items like suitcases are left behind, you will be charged for disposal costs and labor plus tax. 9. **Exceeding the Number of Guests** - It is strictly prohibited to exceed the number of guests you booked for. If you exceed the limit without notice, you will be charged a fine of 20,000 yen per additional person. 10. **Use for Drinking Parties** - If vomiting occurs during a drinking party, a flat fee of 50,000 yen will be charged for cleanup.
