Great fishing from your back yard and only a block to Stan's Idle Hour. Wonderful water views from the second story balcony. Vaulted ceilings in the living room and kitchen area. Just a short drive to shopping and dining on Marco Island, quick access to Naples from SR 92 (San Marco Road). *** Please note these are self maintaining properties and you are to supply cleaning/paper goods for your stay. There will be a small bar of soap at each sink, a full roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each can to get you started that first day of arrival. Trash day is on Monday and Thursday, please put your can out the night before and bring in after its collected. Recycling is on Thursday. You are to keep up with the laundry during your stay and only leave the last days linens for the cleaner on your departure day *** NO PETS ALLOWED CANNOT PARK IN SWALE OR BLOCK SIDEWALK NO BOAT TRAILERS ON PROPERTY MUST TAKE OUT TRASH MONDAY AND THURSDAY
