Seagull

Seagull is an efficiency apartment located next door to a local pizza shop in the middle of paradise. We are an easy 3 minute walk to being on the beach. Seagull will also come with one designated off street parking space in a parking lot. It is city wide on street to pay to park $3.50 per hour 8am/8pm. You will be on the ground floor with no view. Seagull is walk-in ready for you to enjoy your time on vacation. It has everything you need for basic daily beach life. Come check it out!!!!! The space There is a coin operated laundry facility one block over, same side of street. There is a street crossover to sidewalk that takes you to the beach. Guest access You will have the entire place. Only access is the front door. Other things to note There is a possibility of noise during business hours close by. City Wide Noise Ordinance goes into effect at 11:00 PM every night. It is best if you put your buckets in your parking space when not there. That is the only way to guarantee your parking spot when you return. We do share the parking lot.
