Welcome to our home in SE Portland, only 5 mins walking distance to MAX station. The house is located on a dead end street with private front yard, and fenced backyard. This home is ideal for families, friends, or colleagues. The total of 4 bedrooms and 7 beds will give each of you enough space to spread out but also able to keep as a group. Not far from a major road that leads into the heart of Portland. 15 mins drive to downtown. The space Hello! We have a bright, tasteful decorated modern home in SE Portland area. There are total of four bedrooms located in the house, with 3 queen-sized beds, 1 full size and 1 twin size. There are 2 additional sofa beds that can be comfortably slept in as well. Home is equipped with a 2-car garage, air conditioned and heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, pack n'play for traveling parents, also a brand new play structure suitable for kids between 3-10 years old. Beautiful front yard with picnic table, and a fully fenced backyard with deck. My favorite thing about this house is that there's a 6-mile walking trail next to the house, you can walk or bike along the trail and it goes all the way to the Willamette River bay front. The house also located right next to the MAX station, makes your transportation really easy. We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO Max subscriptions! Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house. Other things to note 1. Only registered guests are permitted to be on the property. Please make sure you have the correct number of people that are coming. Outside visitors are generally not allowed unless host approved. 2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it. 3. The play structure is suitable for kids between 3-10, and has a weight limit of 120 lbs. Adults continuously supervision is required while kids playing. 4. We recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation is strict, and we will uphold our cancellation policy in any types of events. 5. Check-in for guests is AFTER 4pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure. May-September is our high season, due to back to back turns we can not offer any early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in may be possible with additional fee during the rest of the year, please check availability with your host. In the event that extensive cleaning and/or repairs are required, check-in may be delayed until after 5:00 p.m.
