Studio apartment in a quiet backyard of a busy family with a friendly dog (a kelpie). Both a bus stop and free parking up on the street. Frequent buses available to all areas of Canberra. Within walking distance to many restaurants and two large supermarkets. Great neighbourhood. Comfortable and clean with everything you need. At times we also run an Air BnB out of our house, if this is booked we will let you know. There are no shared spaces. Parking is therefore up on the grass. The space We have welcomed many guests to our studio next to our house. We love providing a nice quiet space. A driveway and stairs down to the front door. Self check in. Guest access The whole studio is yours. Queen sized bed and IKEA fold out couch that turns into a king sized bed. Cozy and well equipped. Other things to note The apartment is accessed down the bottom of our driveway and down a set of stairs (6 steps).
