The wood-burning fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. It is fueled with twigs and logs stacked next to the tool shed in the garden. The washing machine is in an adjacent room and is accessed by a person in charge of cleaning. Casa di Cocca is close to the village of Trinité, from where the chairlift to Punta Jolanda departs, which leads to the Monterosa Sky ski area. The Staffal facilities are 5 minutes away by car, at the top of the valley. Guest access Guests access the property from the shared parking lot by climbing the stone steps and crossing the garden to the yellow-red door. Please park at least 3 meters away from the two doors that overlook the parking lot lawn. Other things to note In the tool shed there is a large brazier that can be used to light a convivial fire or even as a BBQ for a barbecue.
