Home in Mesquite

This beautiful ranch style home is located on the 14th tee of the Casablanca golf course. It looks like a model. We have a southwest decor theme throughout. Both bedrooms are suites. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. There is a 2 car garage and a covered patio with ceiling fans. The back yard is large and has several lovely palm trees. We have 2 community pools and hot tubs close by. Mesquite feels like an oasis on the desert and offers 7 golf courses, 2 spas and 3 casinos. The space Sunset Greens is a beautifully landscaped development with 2 community pools and hot tubs near by. At least one pool is open year round. The yards are green grass as opposed to most other developments in Mesquite. It has a very large back yard with more lovely landscaping, primarily palm trees, and a view of the mountains. The patio is a wonderful spot to have breakfast and watch quail run along the top of the back wall plus hear the water fountain located next door. The walk-in shower is large and has a stool if needed. There are no stairs to deal with. This spacious 1620 square foot home and patio is the perfect location to sit back and relax, play a game, put together a puzzle, or just read a good book, my personal favorite. Guest access Guests have full access to the home. We call it a manor home. It looks like part of a twin home but there are no common walls. Each unit is a separate house. You will never hear the neighbors. Other things to note The development has a security gate that is open all day. Guests will receive instructions on how to access when the gate is closed at night.
