Room with bathroom for the exclusive use of the guest and shared kitchen in my large, recently renovated apartment, living/sleeping areas divided by a sliding door to ensure privacy. In the shared spaces there is air conditioning. Covered east-facing terrace with a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. Large private garden, for guest use. Garage for bicycles and motorcycles I live with a cat and I have two dogs that live in the courtyard, so I can't accommodate animals. I am in Valle dei Laghi, 20 km from Monte Bondone and other ski destinations.
