The space The apartment, of about 200 square meters, is located on the ground floor of the elegant villa, a silent guardian of a distant era and its unmistakable architectural charm. Crossing the threshold you have the feeling of entering a place where time has chosen to slow down, leaving the original soul of the house intact. The rooms, spacious and extraordinarily bright, all open to the refined Italian garden through large French doors that allow natural light to filter and the gaze is lost between the ordered paths, the manicured hedges, and the statues scattered along the routes. Each view is a continuous dialogue between interior and exterior, between architecture and nature. The large double living room, cozy and majestic at the same time, is furnished with vintage furniture that tells stories of family and meetings. The precious floor sown in Venetian embellishes the living room with its discreet elegance, while on the walls you will find hunting trophies and portraits of characters from the past, a living memory of the original vocation of the villa and its illustrious past. The bedroom, also very spacious and flooded with light, welcomes guests in an intimate and timeless atmosphere. The period furnishings dialogue harmoniously with the generous spaces, which include a large closet to comfortably store your clothes and a Queen bed designed to ensure maximum comfort. The kitchen preserves the warmth and authenticity of the ancient country kitchens, while being fully equipped (with the exception of the dishwasher). The round wooden table invites slow breakfasts, shared lunches, and quiet moments, in a silence that seems to belong to another era. The bathroom has a bathtub with an integrated shower, in line with the simple and elegant style of the house. The villa, true to its historic structure and original architectural balance, is not equipped with air conditioning. The rooms, characterized by thick walls and high ceilings, naturally maintain a pleasant temperature, especially in the evening hours, when the quiet of the garden and the air of the pre-Alpine landscape help to cool the spaces in a spontaneous and natural way. Guest access The entire apartment is at your complete disposal, to ensure maximum comfort and maximum privacy during your stay. We would also like to inform you that: • a portion of the villa's garden is reserved for the exclusive use of the owners; • the pool is private and not accessible to guests; Other things to note Check-in methods will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
