The apartment has been prepared for you with attention to the smallest details. We have tried to create an original interior design and functionality. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a balcony and air conditioning on warmer days. The property is located in the center of Bielsko-Biała, next to the main railway station. Nearby you will find numerous cafes and restaurants, beautiful city architecture and the proximity of mountains and forests. The space The apartment is designed for a maximum of 7 people. It has 5 beds and a sofa bed. The beds can be configured as desired and combined into double beds using special connectors. Therefore, after receiving information from you on how to prepare the beds, we will gladly adjust them according to your wishes. The apartment is located in a tenement house on the second floor. The apartment is a two-level apartment and has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. Other things to note RULES OF USE OF THE APARTMENT 1. Check-in / Check-out Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Other hours only by prior arrangement. 2. Number of guests Maximum number of guests: 7 No additional, unregistered guests. 3. Quiet hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Please respect your neighbors. 4. No smoking Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment (including e-cigarettes). Violation of the ban may result in an additional fee (500PLN) 5. Pets Pets allowed Prior agreement required. 6. Events Organizing parties and events is prohibited. 7. Liability Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Please report any faults on an ongoing basis. 8. Order Please keep things tidy. Garbage should be disposed of in designated containers. 9. Equipment It is forbidden to move furniture and interfere with installations. Please use the media wisely. 10. Keys and access: Losing your keys or remote control may result in a fee (PLN 100) The keys must be returned in accordance with the instructions. 11. Security: When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and doors. Do not share codes with third parties. Failure to comply with the above regulations will result in a financial charge to the guest.
