Large room in a cosy attic flat – Room 3

You will be staying in room 3 of a stylishly furnished, bright attic apartment (no elevator). It is one of three spacious rooms with the size of about 30 m². The kitchen, dining and living areas, and the bathrooms are shared with other guests – everything is well maintained and designed in a friendly way with real plants. Your room offers two large Better, a desk, two ear chairs with reading light, as well as a water bottle and glasses. A baby crib is available on demand. The space You are renting a private room with shared areas. The TV is not in the bedroom, but in the shared living room. There, you can use Netflix or connect your own smartphone, tablet or laptop to the TV via the free Wi-Fi and stream content to the TV screen. There are two bathrooms available, which are shared by the guests of all three rooms. One is equipped with a toilet and shower, the other with a toilet and bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking, the spacious dining area and the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer are also shared. The flat is located on the top floor of a large building and can only be accessed via the stairwell. There are several flights of stairs to the 5th floor to get to the apartment. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage or the many stairs are a challenge for you, please let us know in advance. If we are on site, we will be happy to help you with transporting your luggage. This is often possible during the week, but unfortunately hardly ever at the weekend. Guest access Guests have access to the building, the flat and their room using a personal code that is valid for the duration of their stay. Check-in is often possible before 5 pm. In such cases, we will inform you via a message on the Airbnb platform. Luggage can be left in the building from 12 noon onwards by prior arrangement. Other things to note Terrycloth underwear Upon arrival, each guest receives a set of terrycloth linen with three towels: a large bath towel (160 × 90 cm), a terrycloth towel (140 × 70 cm) and a face cloth. If you stay with us for more than a week, you are welcome to ask for a second set. Access by car The accommodation is easily accessible by car and is only a few minutes' drive from the Munichbuchsee motorway exit (A6). This means you can get to us quickly and easily, without having to drive through residential areas for a long time. The cities of Bern, Biel and Solothurn are also easily accessible from here. Free parking is available for our Airbnb guests right in front of the building. Public transport connections The Munichbuchsee, Sagi bus stop is only 160 m from the accommodation and can be reached in 2–3 minutes on foot. From there, bus route 898 runs to Munichbuchsee station. Alternatively, you can also reach the train station in about 10 minutes on foot. From there, you can reach Bern by S-Bahn in around 15 minutes. In addition, direct trains and S-Bahn trains run regularly. Monday to Friday: The bus runs every 30 minutes from 6:10 a.m. to 7:40 p.m. It then runs hourly until 11:00 pm. Saturday and Sunday: The bus runs hourly from 6:10 a.m. to 11:10 p.m. In the opposite direction to Büren an der Aare, bus line 898 also runs hourly every day.
