Kitchen & Bathroom: A super-equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. 2 modern and functional bathrooms (one with a washing machine). Upon arrival, we will ask you to show a valid identity document (passport or identity card). Note: By law, residence permits or driver's licences cannot be accepted. Entry Requirement: Failure to present the documents will make it impossible to check in and access the apartment. Security and Privacy: For reasons of Public Safety, access to the house is strictly reserved for registered guests. Other things to note Important Notes for Your Stay To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please read our house rules carefully: Respect for the Neighbourhood: We kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Key Management: In the event of loss or the need for a locksmith (for keys forgotten inside or a broken lock or key), there is a fee to be paid on site. Cleaning at check-in: Your satisfaction is our priority. Any reports regarding cleanliness must be made promptly upon check-in by sending photographic documentation via the official Airbnb chat. General Prohibitions No Parties or Events: It is strictly forbidden to organize parties, gatherings or events of any kind inside the apartment to ensure the tranquility of the condominium. No Pets: Although we love animals, the facility is not equipped to accommodate them; therefore, pets are not allowed. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests may only smoke on the balcony, taking care to use the ashtrays and to keep the French doors closed to prevent the smell from entering the house. Respect for the Environment (Waste Management - Recycling) We kindly ask you to recycle and not to leave garbage bags in the house or on the balcony at the time of check-out.
