The space The accommodation is just for you When making your reservation - individual or in a group - the accommodation is blocked in its entirety for the chosen dates. No one else will be able to book any part of the house during your stay. I personally take care of you feeling comfortable and comfortable, with that intimacy that is so much missed when traveling. The attic has a work corner equipped with a desk, chair, screen, lamp and WiFi🛜, ideal if you need to remote work without leaving the house. 2 TRAVELERS: You can share the attic with your travel companion but with a separate bed, or you have the option (included in the booking price for 2 guests) to choose your own single room with air conditioning for more privacy. 👶🏼 COUPLES WITH CHILDREN (2-12 years) - CHECK CONDITIONS. Other things to note 🚙 Your own vehicle I recommend coming with your own car — parking on the residential complex is free and there are no parking meters. In addition, I have a covered parking space with a private door for 1 car, 1 minivan or 2 motorcycles, available to you at no additional cost. 🚛 Commercial vehicle: Free parking outside (no parking meter). 🚌 Bus The complex has public transport: line 197 to Plaza de Castilla or Hospital Infanta Sofía, where you can connect with the Metro to get around Madrid. (The stop is at the entrance of the residential development.) 🚇 Metro The Hospital Infanta Sofía station in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Line 10) is a 10-minute drive away. You can leave the car there and easily go downtown, avoiding the high cost of parking in Madrid, traffic, and traffic restrictions. It's 9.6 km from the house.
