The space The property consists of three independent and fully autonomous residences, each designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Each house features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.50 x 2.20 m), and one with two single beds (0.80 x 2.20 m), which can be joined or used separately depending on your needs. All rooms are air-conditioned with two A/C units per residence, ensuring optimal indoor temperature. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area includes custom sofa beds with anatomical mattresses, suitable for extra individual sleeping space. Hot water is provided via a solar water heater, and a pressure system activates automatically during peak usage or low water pressure conditions. Guest access Starting from the port of Kythnos, drive for about 1 km (approx. 3 minutes) on the paved road toward Chora. Then, turn left onto a well-maintained dirt road and continue for another 250 m (1 minute) until you reach the specially designed private outdoor parking area serving the 3 residences. From there, walk down a short flight of steps to access your private residence. You will also enjoy full access to your enclosed private terrace, featuring a shaded pergola, outdoor dining table with comfortable chairs, a hanging nest chair, and an outdoor shower. Other things to note The residence is exclusively reserved for registered guests. Visits from non-registered persons are not allowed without prior approval. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. For safety reasons, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. The management is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Basic cleaning supplies are provided. For stays longer than 7 days, linen and towel change is offered every 4 days. In case of emergency, you may contact the property manager via phone or email. We kindly ask all guests to respect the peaceful environment, neighboring properties, and local nature.
