Guest access Entire independent villa across two floors — exclusive use, except for one locked store room. Bedrooms: 2 spacious AC queen bedrooms (each with an attached bathroom). Bathrooms: 3 in total — 2 attached + 1 common on the ground floor. Living spaces: 2 living rooms — a bright lounge downstairs and a cozy family lounge upstairs (with a workstation and a few games). Dining area for relaxed meals and gatherings. Kitchen: fully accessible open kitchen for guest use. Outdoor spaces: Balcony and a large terrace (perfect for coffee, yoga, or stargazing). Laundry: washing & ironing area for longer stays. Parking: covered parking on the property plus additional space outside. Access note: there are stairs to the first floor and terrace. No Access: the store room remains locked. Other things to note ID & Check‑in Government ID is mandatory for every guest (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving License). Share IDs before check‑in; names must match the booking. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Quiet & Considerate Quiet hours: 9:30 PM–7:00 AM. Strictly No loud music after 9:30 PM; no parties after 10:00 PM. Registered guests only unless approved in advance; daytime visitors by prior permission. Please keep noise low and avoid disturbing neighbors. Smoking & Dining No smoking indoors—especially not in bedrooms or bathrooms.
