Other things to note 1. Check-in / Check-out • Check-in: from 14:00 • Check-out: before 11:00 noon • Early check-in / late check-out may be available if the apartment is vacant (extra fee applies). Please contact us in advance. 2. Parking – Please park your vehicle in the basement for safety. Overnight street parking (22:00–6:00) is not allowed; security will lock the wheels if violated. 🅿️ Parking fee (regulated by the building): – Car: Day (7:00–23:00): 20,000 VND/entry | Night (23:00–7:00): 30,000 VND/entry – Motorbike/Bicycle: Day (7:00–23:00): 2,000 VND/entry | Night (23:00–7:00): 3,000 VND/entry 3. Smoking 🚭 – Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A cleaning fee will be charged if violated. --> Smoking is allowed on the balcony. 4. Cleaning Service – Daily housekeeping is not provided. Cleaning service is available upon request at 200,000 VND/time. – For stays longer than 28 nights, 2 free cleaning services per month are included. 5. Long-term Stay (from 28 nights) 🛌 – Rent includes: electricity, water, internet, building service fee. Excludes: parking fee, swimming pool and personal services. ⚠️ Electricity is included up to 3,000,000 VND/month; excess usage will be charged based on the actual bill. – 2 free cleaning services per month. – 2 free Onsen tickets (3rd floor of the building). – Discounted motorbike rental. 6. Other Rules – Passport or ID card must be presented upon check-in. – No drugs or illegal activities are allowed. – Do not move furniture without permission.
