There are no shared areas with other guests. Other things to note ・Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If any signs of indoor smoking are found, we will charge a cleaning and deodorizing fee. ・Please note that there are regular residential units in the same building. Kindly avoid making loud noises or speaking loudly outside between 9 PM and 7 AM. If we receive noise complaints, we may have to ask you to leave. ・Early check-in and late check-out are not available by default, as they require cleaning schedule adjustments. If you'd like to request early check-in, please send us a message. We’ll let you know once cleaning is complete. ・We are unable to store luggage. If you need to send packages, please schedule the delivery time so that you can receive it after check-in. ・If you lose the key, a replacement fee of ¥10,000 will be charged. ・If you damage or lose any indoor equipment, we will charge you the full replacement cost.
