Comfy granny flat on 5 acre property

This property features one bedroom with a Queen bed, and a spare sofa bed in the lounge room. Private bathroom. Kitchen with oven and microwave. Large fridge. Front patio outdoor area. 1/2 acre dam to explore on a 5 acre property. The yard is a shared space but you will have the granny flat to yourself. The property is set up for self check in. Once booked, the lock box code and check in instructions will be provided. Late check in is accepted through the self check in. The space The granny flat is separated from the rest of the house by an internal garage. Guests have the entire granny flat area to themselves. It contains one bedroom, private bathroom, living area and full kitchen with oven, cooktop, microwave, and a large fridge. There are two large flat paddock areas where guests have space to play with their children kicking balls around etc. A front deck area with two deck chairs, privacy screens to the front and side of the granny flat. Guest access Guests have the separate granny flat area to themselves. They have free parking in front of the garage on the property. Guests are welcome to explore the 5 acre property and walk down the path behind the dam that leads to a back creek. Other things to note We have 3 dogs on the property contained in a yard at the rear of the house. You are welcome to explore the property, however we would recommend walking around the front yard to access the side and rear and back creek.
