The apartment is situated in the centre of the town with a fabulous view looking over the Ythan River and you can enjoy a relaxing walk along the river and take in the scenery. Access to local transport is within view and walking distance. A small amount of tea, coffee, sugar & milk is available for your arrival. Clean towels & bedding is provided. There is free parking available to the rear of the apartment within a public car park (Directions can be found in the manual or ask for details.) Other things to note Please note that no smoking is permitted within the apartment which includes no smoking from the windows. There is an area to the rear of the building on the ground floor that smoking is permitted in the outside area only, make sure the external door is closed to avoid smoke entering the building. The entrance area to the apartment (hallway & stairs) is a little dated due to the age of the building but the apartment inside make up for this and there are plans to upgrade the communal area in the future.
