The space includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private patio, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a piano. Outside you're welcome to use the swing set, picnic table, play fort, BBQ grill and basketball hoop. Minutes from Hyrum Reservoir and Blacksmith Fork Canyon. Includes an air mattress, a child's Pack 'n Play bed, and bedding for extra guests. The space The master suite is adjacent to the bathroom with the stackable washer and dryer. The second bedroom has its own bathroom. The great room has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, appliances, pots and pans, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and stove. Guest access You're welcome to use the entire guest house with both bedrooms and the great room as well as anything in the yard. The rest of the home is the homeowners private residence. Other things to note The guest house access is at the top of the south, exterior stairs above the garage. Please take your shoes off at the door and leave them on the shoe mat.
