This stylish place to stay and is perfect for enjoying the countryside Make the most of your weekend with a late Sunday checkout up to 6pm The house is designed for maximum comfort with underfloor heating and a modern kitchen There is plenty of space for out door dining and has spectacular views of the Somerset hills Only a 20 minute drive to the Jurassic coastline, through rolling unspoilt landscape of Devon and Dorset with many excellent places to visit The space The house is in two floors and is filled with light. The main bedroom is on the ground floor. Both bathrooms are very large and also have showers as well as a large bath. The views from the first floor bedroom are unusually beautiful. The house is very private with no other overlooking houses and a commanding view of the valley below There’s plenty of parking and room for outdoor dining and picnics in the garden A private pond with a jetty ( see photo) is a 3 minute stroll from the house across my fields It is fed by a spring and delightfully refreshing Guest access The house has its own entrance and lawn. There is a courtyard at the rear with stables for our two horses Guests are welcome to explore but please be mindful that children and animals need to be constantly supervised around them. Other things to note The ground floor bedroom has a super king size bed that can be made into two single beds with adequate notice
