The space The house is located within a small private development of only 7 houses, in a quiet and very safe environment. It's the first property when entering, which makes access much easier. It has 3 bedrooms distributed on two floors: • Upper floor suite: king size bed, A/C, private bathroom and Smart TV. • Terra Room on the top floor: double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom and Smart TV. • Ground floor bedroom: double bed and Smart TV. This room does not have a private bathroom, but the full bathroom located in the living room is available to you. The house has 120 Mbps Internet, ideal for entertainment, video calls or work during the stay. It also has private parking for 1 vehicle. The space is small, but it's possible to park vehicles similar in size to a Honda CR-V or Volkswagen Tiguan without any problems. For large SUVs, the only alternative is to park on the street. A comfortable, safe, and functional option. Since it has many amenities, it's ideal for resting after enjoying Comitán or after returning from work.
