My house is close to the county seat, Lajes do Pico, where you can visit the Whaling Museum (the most visited in the Azores); the Center for Arts and Sciences of the Sea; the old Fort of Santa Catarina, now the Tourist Office; where there are three Whale Watching companies; and the Ribeiras Municipal swimming pool... you'll have to come here to find out the rest! My home is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with children).
