Welcome to our 2nd story studio apartment in Central Park, Flint. With a private exterior entrance, private bathroom, kitchen, and a closet area, this can be perfect for a work HQ or a soft spot for your head to land while visiting the city. We offer a full-size bed with fresh linens, 300mbps high speed wifi, streaming capabilities, and all utilities. Across the street is the horse stables where the city's first fire department used to keep their horses. All the houses on the street are of a historical nature. House as been updated but preserved as much of the original architecture as possible. The apartment is about 450 sq ft. and is available furnished with a new bed, fresh bedding, a sitting area, all appliances, dresser, a desk, TV, closet area and all basic kitchen and bathroom utensils and furnishings. Units are pretty modest, nothing fancy, but are private, clean, and in a quiet building in a peaceful neighborhood. Guest access Parking can be found behind building or any other spot that’s available on the property. No assigned spots. There’s security cameras posted for safety. We have laundry available in the basement of the home. Neighborhood is easily accessible seeing as it’s directly next to Flint’s Cultural Center. Other things to note Air conditioning by window units. If not already installed upon your arrival, just ask us, and we'll install for you. PET POLICY - We want to be inclusive of guests traveling with pets. Please include in your message if you are bringing any dogs and if so, what breed. Due to the nature of airbnbs shared ecosystem, we can only allow small to medium size dogs. Unfortunately we can't accommodate cats, or large dogs. You are responsible for your pets behavior and mess, so please keep pets off furniture and in a kennel when your away. Additional steps for booking your pet friendly stay are as follows... While booking the reservation, be mindful of the nightly rate for more than one guest. ($5.00) Each pet will be counted as an extra guest. I will send you a booking offer that includes the additional $20.00 pet cleaning fee and $100.00 refundable pet deposit, providing no damages prior to check-out.
