The space La Casita is a fully detached house in our family lot. It has 2 dedicated parking spots and it shares the main gate with the other properties in the lot. La Casita is also equipped with Solar Panels and a battery to provide a backup source of energy in the event of a power outage, as well as a backup water tank. Washer and Dryer available upon request for an additional fee. Guest access Guest will have access to the complete house. Other things to note Mindful about the water and power situation of the Island, we have prepared La Casita with its own water tank backup (cistern), solar panels, and battery backup system to operate seamlessly regardless of a water or power outage in the Island. As we strive to make every stay with us an awesome one for our guests, we made sure to provide all the essentials services independently to the Island infrastructure. In the event that your timeline for your stay will be affected for either a water or power outage, we will let you know so you are aware that you are running in either of the backup systems. If running under the battery due to a power outage, the only restriction is that the ACs can't be used, but everything else will work. Please let us know if you need an early check-in so we can prepare La Casita early. We offer a flexible check-in, with an advance notice of when you will be arriving.
