This spectacular south-facing site offers fabulous sea views and is just a short stroll from the centre of the resort with its myriad of facilities. The interior of the villa is stylish and contemporary and offers light and airy open plan living areas. Attention to detail is evident everywhere with the highest quality Italian-style kitchen units, lavish marble bathrooms and marble or parquet flooring throughout. The impressive entrance opens into the spacious living area which features sets of French doors opening out onto the pool terrace. The lounge is beautifully decorated in tasteful muted tones, and furnished with a large, comfortable corner sofa. The adjacent dining area boasts a modern dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fitted with the highest quality Italian style units and is well stocked with all necessary utensils and equipment, including electric oven and hob and integrated dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The ground floor also has a conveniently located guest toilet. The marble staircase leads up to the two spacious bedrooms. The elegant master bedroom suite features parquet flooring, a king-size bed and a private balcony offering extensive sea views. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with twin washbasins in a marble vanity unit, and bath/shower combination. The second bedroom is equally stylish, offering twin beds which can also be zipped together to make another double bed and has its own sea-view balcony and en-suite shower room. The property also features underfloor heating ensuring a comfortable and cozy living environment throughout the winter months. The high standards continue outside. A covered veranda leads off from the lounge, and is furnished with a table and chairs, whilst the adjacent barbeque area and sink makes al-fresco cooking and dining an absolute delight. The extensive pool-side terrace is equipped with sunbeds and the inviting swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer’s day, but also features a beautifully landscaped garden. During cooler weather the pool can be heated if required*. Property Details All properties are well equipped and include linen, bath and pool towels. All properties are privately owned and decorated and furnished to the owners’ individual taste. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom (except infants in baby cot). The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded. No pets allowed. Some of our swimming pools can also be heated. Should you require the pool to be heated, there is an extra cost depending on the pool size and fuel consumption and should be requested upon booking. CLEANING OPTIONS • Tidy-up of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, prepare beds, dusting. Guests staying in a Premium Serviced Apartment, will receive the ‘Tidy-Up’ in their property daily. • Mid-Stay Clean of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, change linen, detailed dusting, and patio cleaning. All properties receive the ‘Mid-Stay Clean’ in their property daily on the 3rd or 4th day, typical for a 7 night stay. • Full sets of pool and bath towels are provided in each property on arrival. These are replenished on the mid-stay cleaning. Other Resort facilities include the Aphrodite Hills Rentals Kids Club and Playground, a Tennis Academy, a Golf Academy, a Soccer Academy, a Basketball court, a Horse-Riding Club, Cycling Centre and The Retreat Spa. On site an ATM Cash Machine, Medical Centre and a Pharmacy are available. Aphrodite Hills Rentals guests also have exclusive access to the Guest Reception and Lounge area and its facilities. Water temperature is influenced by weather conditions, particularly during winter. When the air temperature falls below 10°C, the pool may not achieve the expected warmth. Minimum 5 days.
