The stylish, open-plan interior features high-end Italian kitchens, marble bathrooms, and elegant marble or parquet floors. The spacious living area opens via French doors to the pool terrace, with a comfortable lounge and modern dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed, private balcony, and en-suite marble bathroom, and a twin/double bedroom with sea-view balcony and en-suite shower. Underfloor heating ensures comfort year-round. The high standards continue outside. A covered veranda leads off from the lounge, and is furnished with a table and chairs, whilst the adjacent barbeque area and sink makes al-fresco cooking and dining an absolute delight. The extensive pool-side terrace is equipped with sunbeds and the inviting swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer’s day, but also features a beautifully landscaped garden. Guests staying in a Premium Serviced Apartment, will receive the ‘Tidy-Up’ in their property daily. • Mid-Stay Clean of property: crockery washing, rubbish disposal, toilet and bathroom cleaning, fresh towels, new bathroom supplies, change linen, detailed dusting, and patio cleaning. All properties receive the ‘Mid-Stay Clean’ in their property daily on the 3rd or 4th day, typical for a 7 night stay. • Full sets of pool and bath towels are provided in each property on arrival. These are replenished on the mid-stay cleaning.
