The space The apartment has: *Master bedroom with bathroom, closet, work area and queen size bed, bedding and towels. *Bedroom 2, bathroom, closet, armchair, hammocks, 2 single beds, bed linen and towels. Living room with sofa bed, 60" smart TV, books, board games and armchair. Dining room for 6 people and kitchen equipped with complete dishes, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, refrigerator and electric stove with 4 burners with hood and breakfast bar with benches. Terrace area overlooking the pool and beach, with dining room for 6 people and barbecue upon request. Common area with swimming pool, furniture and shower, has a terrace overlooking the ocean. Beach access 50m from the pool. We have covered parking for 1 vehicle and 24-hour security. The excellent location gives you access to convenience stores 3 minutes away, restaurants such as "Elio al Mare" (Mediterranean food) and "Faces" (steak restaurant) 2 minutes away on foot. The "Silcer" marina with beach club and seafood restaurant just a 5-minute walk away and the beautiful Progreso boardwalk 1 km away where you will find many restaurants, bars and tourist attractions that will make your stay a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for those days when you want to relax and spend some excellent days with your family.
