The space ✨ Stay in a cozy apartment, carefully renovated by my parents and me, with a 35 m² private terrace facing the garden to enjoy the calm and moments of relaxation. The property is fully air conditioned. The living room combines an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room with a sofa and TV. Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, condiments and chocolate are provided. Board games, books, Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ (with your own codes) are available to you. The separate bedroom offers a very comfortable 160x200 bed with 100% cotton bed linens, 4 pillows of varying comfort, a chest of drawers and a clothes-hanging cupboard. The bathroom includes spacious shower, hanging toilet, and essentials: shower gel, shampoo, soap, makeup remover. For stays > 7 nights: washer-dryer in the building, clothesline, and iron and ironing board in the apartment. Public 🚗 parking at the foot of the house. We simply ask that you leave the accommodation in a suitable condition: dishes done and put away, trash cans emptied, surfaces clean, and the apartment reasonably tidy.
