After nearly 3 years of renovations with my parents, we have transformed the old veranda and kitchen into a bright and cozy studio, designed for your comfort and well-being. The property is fully air conditioned. What you'll love: - Cozy and bright 25 m² studio, ideal for a relaxing stay - Fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, combination oven, espresso machine, etc. Tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate, and condiments provided. - Open-plan bedroom with a very comfortable 160 x 200 cm storage bed, 4 different pillows, and 100% cotton bedding - Spacious bathroom with shower, wall-mounted toilet, and essential personal care products (shower gel, shampoo, soap, wipes) - Small private south-facing outdoor area to enjoy the light and get some fresh air. - TV, decorative electric fireplace, board games, books, and streaming (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ with your codes) - Roller shutters for total darkness and restful nights Located on the ground floor of a house divided into 4 units, with a private entrance and no direct line of sight thanks to the vegetation. 🚗 Convenient: public parking right outside the house, shops and a Super U supermarket within walking distance.
